Our Policies and Procedures

Supervision / Monitoring

Yonwabeli SA conducts monthly supervision and monitoring using a detailed cleaning schedule checklist to ensure that the required cleaning standards are consistently maintained.

Environmental Plan

Yonwabeli SA will issue a cleaning schedule to all relevant cleaning staff, and a designated member of management will ensure compliance with this schedule. Our cleaning rosters outline the duties required to prepare the workplace before the business day begins, maintain cleanliness throughout the day, and complete end of day tasks to ensure the environment is ready for the next working day.

COVID – 19 Plan

At Yonwabeli SA, we are committed to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, clients, visitors, business partners and the community. In relation to Covid-19, we follow all applicable laws, regulations and international guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and responsible service delivery.

Contigency Plan

At Yonwabeli SA, we assure our clients that if any employee is unable to report for duty for any reason, a reliever will be dispatched to the site within 2 hours of the start of the shift.

Training Plan

Yonwabeli SA has structured training schedules in place before and during the delivery of cleaning and hygiene services. This includes weekly toolbox talks conducted by Yonwabeli management, as well as monthly training sessions to ensure staff remain skilled, informed and compliant with all required standards.
